1. This may seem harsh, but you must ask a mod if you want to start a new topic. They will then start it for you. This is to stop this forum getting cluttered up. You can reply to posts and edit your posts however.
2. Please don't be rude to people if you think their blog sucks. Just don't reply.
3. That's all I can think of. I just like having 3 rules.
