The seaon so farWho'd have thought it? If you showed me today's table a few months ago, I'd've told you that you'd got it upside down and mixed up Derby and Arsenal
Seriously though, Martin Jol and Jose Mourinho out, Hutchinson and Lee out ALREADY, 3 of 4 of spurs' great strikers want to leave, Rafa's not going with form and is constantly rotating- oh wait...

Cant wait until Saturday, biggest match of the season
Sunderland Vs NEWCASTLE (12:45 Lunchtime Kick-Off)
Oh and in other news, well done to Liverpool for winning 8-0 in Champions League last night.
StevieCoppellisaGod
It's a big weekend alright, Birmingham are playing Aston Villa as well.
For once, I'm not looking forward to the match. Okay, I'll get to see beautiful football. But I'll also see my team get thrashed by Arsenal.
In my version of other news, if you want to see Arsenal play Man U for free, then come to Palmer park, Wokingham road, Reading, to see the team I play for (WTK Navy), who are currently playing amazing football, against Whitchurch, who are currently relying on one player but are top of the league (on GD I might add!).

can i just say benitez must have done something right in the besiktas game because ....umm...how can i put this......8-0!!!!!!!!! lol
StevieCoppellisaGod
No, it wasn't Benitez, it was Benyoun. Benitez knocked England out of the Euros when he played Benayoun against Fulham. Now we're tursting our whole future on Ben Sahar (not forgetting Idan Tal and Tal Ben Haim of course )
Sir Van Nistelrooy
everton 7 - sunderland 0 bet keane gev em a rite mouthful in changing rooms surprised he dint do a sven lyk he did to beckham lol
StevieCoppellisaGod

Wasn't it Sunderland 1 not Sunderland 0?
u1bd2005

StevieCoppellisaGod
...says the Newcastle fan, rubbing his hands in glee at Sunderland losing by 6 goals
Sir Van Nistelrooy
at least sunderland r doin betta than derby . did u no tht the bet in derby going down is 20 - 1 and the buckies are already payin out lol worst team eva to b in the premiership
StevieCoppellisaGod
Wrong. Sunderland 2 years ago were far, far worse.
I think you mean 1-20, if it was 20-1 if you paid 1 pound you'd get 20 out, which no bookie would do on a promoted team unless it was a forced relagation (like Juve in Italy)

yh your right about sunderland being the worser team because they ended up on 19 points i think!
StevieCoppellisaGod
I think it was less than that, at first I though it was 5 but they won 3 games and drew a few so maybe it was 13/14
StevieCoppellisaGod
3-1! Rafa is a twat!
Sir Van Nistelrooy
lol i was surprised when i was watching match of the day to see that reading had beat liverpool 3 - 1
StevieCoppellisaGod
I wasn't. I was suprised when we won though.
u1bd2005
i was surprised middlesbrough beat arsenal 2-1 earlier today, good match, middlesbrough deserved it from the last 30 minutes of the match that I watched.
StevieCoppellisaGod
Aresenal still a point ahead of Man U thoug, as I hate Chelsea and Man U I want Arsenal to win the Premiership (as Liverpool now officially suck)
Sir Van Nistelrooy
me being a man utd fan i think that they should catch arsenal and liverpool dont suck there a descent team (kind of ) but its shocked me i havent got a clue how reading beat them . and have you noticed how lampard nd gerrard perform for club but dont do jack for england ?

That's because they don't play togther at their clubs, they can't play togther because they're too similar. Play one of them with Hargreaves/Barry/Carrick/Parker and see how well they do then
Sir Van Nistelrooy
gerrard will be ok but frank lampard wot a load of old **** (catherine tate lol ) he needs shootin
StevieCoppellisaGod
Have you forgotten how Lampard was England's op scorer in qualifying for the WC, or his goal and MOTM against Germany?
Sir Van Nistelrooy
yeh but have you forgotton how rubbish he was in the euro 2008 ?
StevieCoppellisaGod
You mean the WC right? Yeah he was poor. In the Euro Qualifying everyone was poor, and Lampard wasn't paticualy bad.
oldman
lampard didnt play the last couple (im not sure coz im welsh)
Sir Van Nistelrooy
yh well both actually i thoguht he was poor for both i hope they do better this time round
oldman
i dont hahahahahaha
WALES FOR THE CELTIC CUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOL
Sir Van Nistelrooy
Celtic cup woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot are you onna bout lol ?
StevieCoppellisaGod
The Celtic Cup is a new competion betwen Wales, Scotland and both Irelands. england were invited but turned it down.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
what was it called before the nations cup or something ? i think they turned it down so they didnt get embarrased and wales will not win it scotland will
StevieCoppellisaGod
The Rebulic of Ireland will be hard to beat. Keane, Doyle and Long> Boyd, Miller and McFadden
Duff>Hutton
Given>Gordon
Sir Van Nistelrooy
david healy for northern ireland played amazingly well in the qualifiers
StevieCoppellisaGod
Look how well Healy's doing in the Premiership
Sir Van Nistelrooy
is it fulham now ? i havent seen him this season hes probably moved somewhere lol
Sir Van Nistelrooy
good win for sunderland that kenwyne jones played well he looks quite good , and tottenham v reading was a good game great goal by berbatov the volley pretty poor defending that one was no-one challenged him on it
the-bats-boston
Spurs 6-4 Reading
I don't need to say anything but.. next Saturday!
StevieCoppellisaGod
... will be the most boring game ever. We'll have Lita up front, so we'll be relialing on Long to score.
I get to go to one away game a year, and at the start of the season it was a toss up between Tottenham and Arsenal. I was going to go to Arsenal, but our Grandparents bought us a holiday in Cyprus which clashes with the Arsenal match, so I had to try and get tickets for one of the Tottenham matches... and they were sold out for both.
SVN, Healy is at Fulham, but he's been utter poo, I was being sarcastic.
StevieCoppellisaGod
2-2, and not a bad match! 2 goals for Hunt, 2 goals for Berbatov, and a red card for Huddlestone.
the-bats-boston
Just what we need.
StevieCoppellisaGod
What, a red card or a replay?
the-bats-boston
Both.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
lol berbatov scored a cracking goal
StevieCoppellisaGod
It was offside though
Mourinho, Lee, Hutchinson, Jol, Davies, Sanchez, Allerdyce. any i've missed?
I think Benitez, Southgate and Keane will join them by the end of the season.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
huh ? what you onna bout stevie or am in missing something here
StevieCoppellisaGod
The managers that have been sacked so far this season.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
nah i dont think keane will get the sack
the-bats-boston
Oh dear Newcastle. Lol.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
the fans want shearer
u1bd2005
yep, big sam now gone, we didn't give him enough time, I know it said mutual agreement on the tele, but its clear that it was the boards decision to get rid of him.
He should have been give until the end of the season at least, but now he's gone who's next?
Personally I hope Alan Shearer, but Jose Moriniho has also been mentioned and could be the big manager Newcastle need.

Yeah but they also said that about Spurs. But look what happened with us! We got a nice surprise with Ramos.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
yup lol a BIG surprise
StevieCoppellisaGod
Don't think it was much of a suprise seeing how they'd been after him for months
Jol to Newcastle?
SVN, why don't you think Keane will get sacked? He makes awful signings (£3.5 million for Halford, where did the extra million come from? 1 million or so for Anthony Stokes, the Scottish league isn't the premiership. 6 million apiece for Kenwyne Jones (not getting in the Suthampton team) and a NEWCASTLE REJECT i.e. Michael Chopra) come on, there's no way those players are worth that amount, and if they are Doyle's worth 15 million and Kitson's worth 20.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
nope he wont get the sack i just dont think he will . even if he did he'd probably beat em up neway lol
StevieCoppellisaGod
He'll get SAunderland relagated. You know you can ghet 10 years in prison for beating some one up if it's bad enough? Assult, battary, GBH and ABH.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
keano dunt care lol
the-bats-boston
Yeah - he wouldn't think of that. He'd just take out their legs and say:
"Told ya I'd get you back.."
Sir Van Nistelrooy
hes stupid and a got anger problems , thats a bad combination
StevieCoppellisaGod
Actually, it's Quin who has to get his own back on Keane, when they played togther for Irerland Keane attacked him.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
go keano .
StevieCoppellisaGod
I'm a killjoy.
Sir Van Nistelrooy

nice lol

No it's not.
oldman

isnt it?
Sir Van Nistelrooy

lol i jst had to put it lol
the-bats-boston
To be fair, SVN is starting to post really pointless things. Like "nice lol".
StevieCoppellisaGod
What he said, stop posting such pointless things.
If you've got nothing good to say, don't say anything.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
okily dokily , to be fair as bats boston sed oldman put " isnt it?" only fair
StevieCoppellisaGod
Back on topic now children!
Players are going away for the ACoN, what impact do you think this will have on the table and various teams?
I hope Reading give Alex Pearce his debut, Sonko and Bikey have gone to the ACoN and Dubury's injured, but for some reason Coppell keeps playing Gunnarsson and Ingimarsson in defence togther! Gunnar isn't even a defender, and neither's Cisse, who replaced Gunnar in defence against Villa. Pearce in defence please Coppell, and Henry right wing.
the-bats-boston
Luckily Spurs only lose Zakora. But that's still bad.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
itll be pretty bad for chelsea as they lose like half there squad i think its drogba, essien, mikel, kalou, and a few more
StevieCoppellisaGod
Nope, that's all their losing. Portsmouth and a few others are also losing 4. Portsmouth are lucky Zimbabwe didn't qualify otherwise they'd've lost Benjani too.
Portsmouth are losing:
Kanu (Nigeria)
Bouba Diop (Senegal I think)
Muntari (Ghana I hope!)
Utaka (Nigeria)
the-bats-boston
Imagine they did lose Benjani!
StevieCoppellisaGod
And aresnal are lucky that Togo didn't qualify (Adebeyor)
Sir Van Nistelrooy
yeh 2 key players to both teams
muntari scores some good long range goals
StevieCoppellisaGod
I'd've said they needed Utaka more. Portsmouth only have 14 outfield players until their players get knocked out, and seeing as they all play for good teams that won't happen quickly.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
i think its disgraceful the amount of foreigners that are in a english league no youths are coming thorugh from academys . i think it said earlier in season 250 foreigners approx have played in premiership to 70 englishman approx . if you look at spanish , italian , and other leagues most of there players are spanish , italian according to the nation
StevieCoppellisaGod
no players coming through the academies? Nah. There's loads. They're just not good enough.
In recent years players who have come through and done well include Matt Derbyshire, Gabby Agbonlahor, Mark Noble, Micah Richards, Neduh Onuha, Martin Johnson, Paul Huntington, Steven Taylor, Gareth Bale and Theo Walcott. I'm sure there are more but I'm pushed for time.
Edit: Justin Hoyte? Johan Djourou? Stephen Warnock? David Bentley? Scott Sinclair? Armande Traore? Gael Clichy? joey barton? Shaun Wright Phillips?
My point is, that for every one of those players there are 5 who don't make it.
Sir Van Nistelrooy
I'd say maybe a few more but their is way to many foreigners to say its an english league
StevieCoppellisaGod
Please ignore the fact that 3 of the ones I mentioned aren't English and one of them's Welsh.
David Edgar? Chris Eagles? Jay Simpson? Jamie O'Hara? David Wheater? Stewart Downing? Adam Johnson?
Anyway, it's an English league because it's played in England.

u can have 20 - 1 for which means if they go down which they are |
Just spotted this, it makes no sense. 20-1 would mean there wasn't much chance of them going down, and if you put 1 pound in you'd get 20 out if they did go down. No bookie in their right mind would set odds like that for Sunderland, Birmingham, Derby or Fulham.
On unrelated news, Bimingham have signed Mauro Zarate on loan
Sir Van Nistelrooy

well 1-20 then stop picking fault with things stevie bad stevie
evils

What have Spain won in the last 42 years?
Point proven.

ok psain bad example but many other nations back me up lol

German LEAGUE- what was the last European Trophy Bayern won? Or Werder? Or Schakle?
When did PSV, Ajax, AZ, Feynord or the dutch national team last win something?
The French league is the most predicatble league in the world, and Lyon aren't that good either!
See?
Sir Van Nistelrooy
i no but they actually have players from there own nation i never said about winning anything
