Welcome message.Now on the index page you will see a new box that says "WELCOME" and underneath it will have your username, Enjoy 
Its not brilliant, but I think it looks quite good.

I think there's some html that can be used to display things that everyone using the forum needs to know. I've seen it one some other forums but I don't have a clue what it is.. It appears under the welcome message and can be changed at any time. Anyway, hottntott thought there had to be a way to tell people to sign up for the tournys. I thought that may work but it won't if no one knows the stuff...
