My favourite channel is probably E4 or BBC3 its hard to choose, E4 has all the sitcoms that i watch (scrubs, friends etc.) but BBC3 has Torchwood, Dr Who etc.
If I had to choose I would probably choose BBC3 because of torchwood.
I only have freeview so I don't have loads of channels like some people.
