yep, big sam now gone, we didn't give him enough time, I know it said mutual agreement on the tele, but its clear that it was the boards decision to get rid of him.

He should have been give until the end of the season at least, but now he's gone who's next?
Personally I hope Alan Shearer, but Jose Moriniho has also been mentioned and could be the big manager Newcastle need.

SVN, why don't you think Keane will get sacked? He makes awful signings (£3.5 million for Halford, where did the extra million come from? 1 million or so for Anthony Stokes, the Scottish league isn't the premiership. 6 million apiece for Kenwyne Jones (not getting in the Suthampton team) and a NEWCASTLE REJECT i.e. Michael Chopra) come on, there's no way those players are worth that amount, and if they are Doyle's worth 15 million and Kitson's worth 20.
