Free Paint Programs
Gimp - http://www.gimp.org - Supposidly easy to use, can create good graphics, I didn't really like it though, but I know lots of people that do.
Tutorials
Tutorialized - http://www.tutorialized.com - Has loads of good tutorials for a range of different programs. (Photoshop, Gimp, Paint Shop Pro and more.)

ub, which file should I save graphics as? I generally save them as any old one, but I want this to be the highest quality possible. I've done it on paint, which isn't the best start... _________________ The 4 aces is back! |

I reccommend saving images as .png
Its highest quality and quite low file size.
Its what I always use. _________________
